I’m highly obliged to write some words for GMC Amritsar and our batch of ‘74.
I am immensely grateful and proud to be part of ‘74 batch at GMC Amritsar. This incredible educational institution taught us the fundamentals and beyond of medical field which has allowed us to compete and succeed in India and anywhere in the World, as shown by the success of all the batch mates. We could achieve heights of success and fame whether in the private practice, academic or research fields. In my experience, there is a prevailing notion among all types of patient populations that “ India trained doctors are the best doctors “and GMC gets the credit to some extent.The batch mates are like a one big family. Some batch mates became friends for life and some more than friends like extended family.
I’m extremely thankful for being part of this amazing phenomenon.
